| This is a song I wrote about a thing that more people do than you might think. Sometimes if you're struggling in a social situation a toilet cubicle can be the only place you can escape to. Its also about getting through a tough period and realising that you are still a real person. | |

| Forests crazy sweetheart | I think this one should be kept as an instrumental. It bizarely sounds quite christmassy so maybe I could make my millions by adding a line in like "christmas is awesome" :) |
| How you spose to beat it | I wrote this song when I was in hospital and decided to put some extra instruments. I thought this might work quite well as film music. This is a slowed down version of Know what I'm fighting |
